If an account is opened with false information, xa99 reserves the right to close that account at any time. Members are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure. Accounts must not be shared with or used by anyone else.

No person under the age of 18 is permitted to create or use an account. If this restriction is found to have been violated, the account will be closed immediately and all related financial transactions will be voided.
